Phase 1


First, we start with a conversation.
We understand that every brand is different and what works well for one brand may not be relevant for another. We want to learn all we can about your business: what keeps you up at night, what problems you solve for your customers, who these customers are, and what messaging resonates with them.
Once our initial onboarding call is complete, we’ll dive deeper into your business and conduct market research on your niche, your customers, and your competitors to ensure we have an email marketing strategy tailored specifically to you.


After this initial research stage is complete, we’ll present our final deliverable before we commence, a fully customized email marketing strategy plan. This plan will outline how we will build out your campaigns and flows over the first three months that are in line with your goals, based on our experience of best practices for growth, which has been tried and tested time and time again.
You will have a monthly campaign calendar provided to you that will outline all the deliverables for the upcoming month, so you can focus on the more important tasks within your business.

Phase 3


This is where the fun begins.
Now that we have a clear vision of how we want to execute this email marketing strategy, we start the implementation phase. In this phase of the project, we start building out your core flow automations in Klaviyo, set up weekly campaigns, and ensure all this new data is being tracked.
From A/B testing, advanced segmentation, list building, and awesome email designs, our in-house account managers, designers, and copywriters all work together to ensure the process is smooth sailing and we are hitting our monthly targets.


We made it to our favorite phase! Here we have started to see what’s working and what’s not. Now that everything is in full swing, it’s time to look at the important metrics and begin to get better results. There is always room for improvement!
Our in-house email strategists will analyze all the data and come up with suggestions to further scale our email marketing strategy. This includes updating current email automations, applying advanced segmentation techniques, constant list cleaning, and updating our campaign calendar to reflect ideas that will help us continue to generate jaw-dropping results for your brand.
